  Beginning Teacher Support and Assessment

The California Montessori Project is a proud partner of the Sacramento County Office of Education BTSA Consortium, offering BTSA programming and participation to all new SB 2042 preliminary credential holders who hold full-time lead teacher positions within the CMP network.

The success of CMP’s BTSA program is attributed to the fine teachers who serve as Support Providers.  Each year, CMP employs Support Teachers at each campus to walk along side our newer staff to provide guidance and encouragement.  Training for Support Providers is provided.  If you hold a Clear California Teaching Credential and are interested in serving as a Support Teacher to one or more new teachers, please contact CMP BTSA Coordinator, Lisa Coates to set up an appointment to learn more about BTSA and how you can become one of CMP’s shining leaders!!

For more information regarding CMP’s BTSA program, please contact CMP BTSA Coordinator, Lisa Coates.  For more information on the SCOE BTSA Consortium, please visit BTSA
