Network Advisory Councils

The Teacher Advisory Council (TAC) will serve as a vital two-way communication channel. It will provide a formal forum for the leadership team to share upcoming initiatives, policies, and ideas to gather valuable feedback. Simultaneously, it will offer an important platform for teachers to bring forward their insights, challenges, and innovative ideas directly to leadership. This partnership is essential for fostering an informed, trusting, and collaborative environment that supports our students and staff.
Structure and Membership
The TAC will be composed of 12 teacher representatives in total, with two teachers elected from each of our six school sites. This site-based election process ensures that each representative is a trusted voice and a true liaison for their colleagues. These individuals will play a key role in sharing information from the TAC with their sites and bringing back feedback to the group.

We know that our classified staff are the backbone of our schools, and your work is essential to our daily success. The School Support Team Council (SSTC) will serve as a vital two-way communication channel. It will provide a platform for you to share your insights on operational policies, logistical challenges, and workplace procedures directly with CMP Leadership. At the same time, it will allow us to share important information and gather your feedback on new ideas and initiatives.
