Reporting a Tip
This tip line is available to students, staff, families, and community members as a safe way to share concerns that may affect the well-being of our school community. Tips can be submitted anonymously or with your contact information — the choice is always yours. When entering a tip, please use the school's full name: "California Montessori Project" and then the name of the campus.
Anonymity and Sharing Your Name
You are welcome to report a tip without providing your name. At the same time, including your name or contact information can be very helpful. When we know who submitted a tip, it allows us to do a more thorough investigation, follow up appropriately, and ensure concerns are fully understood. Sharing your name is never required, and choosing to remain anonymous will not prevent your tip from being reviewed.
Two-Way Communication
This tip line allows for secure, two-way communication, even if you submit anonymously.
- School or Network administrators or the tip line call center may ask clarifying questions
- You may add new or additional information at any time — even days later. Save the Report ID & password assigned to you after submitting your report. Go to "Options & Language" at the top right, and click "Follow-Up on an Existing Report" to log back into your tip.
- Communication remains focused on resolving the concern
This ongoing dialogue often helps us respond more effectively and accurately.
When to Contact the School Directly
Some concerns are best addressed by contacting the school directly, especially when immediate or personal follow-up is needed. When possible, we encourage you to reach out to the school principal for concerns related to:
- Bullying or peer conflict
- Facilities or building issues
- Concerns involving a staff member
Direct communication helps ensure these matters are addressed as promptly and appropriately as possible.
